Exchange Policy

  • Exchange Period: Within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Product Condition for Exchange: Must be unused, unworn, unscented, unwashed, undamaged, in original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Reason for Exchange: Manufacturing defect, product damage, or incorrect size.
  • Customers must contact customer service and explain the reason for the exchange.
  • After approval, instructions and the exchange procedure will be sent to the customer.
  • Ready-made clothing in one-size (Free Size) cannot be exchanged due to size changes.
  • Shipping costs and any administrative fees are borne by the customer.
  • Customers must contact customer service within 3 days of receiving the product: info@thesovan.co
  • Original purchase invoice must be provided.
  • Perfume Exchange: Product must be unopened, unused, undamaged, in its original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Please note:
    • Custom-tailored abayas and items made specifically per customer request cannot be exchanged or returned.
    • Body care and beauty products are non-exchangeable.
    • Abaya alterations: One alteration is free; any additional alterations are at the customer’s expense.

Return Policy

  • Custom-tailored items are non-returnable.
  • The store is not responsible for size errors provided by the customer for tailor-made items.
  • Ready-made clothing returns: Must be in original condition, unused, unworn, unscented, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • Eligible reasons for return:
    • Manufacturing defect
    • Product damage
    • No alternative of the same design available
    • Incorrect size
  • Perfume Returns: Must be unopened, unused, in original packaging with all accessories, within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • No return or exchange is allowed for:
    • Discounted products
    • Product bundles/packages
  • Bank Card Payments: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Important: Beauty and body care products are non-returnable.
